How does Tailored work?
Create an account and build your Applicant Passport — a professional profile. Apply to open roles; the hiring team reviews your passport and reaches out. Once you're hired, you complete your onboarding forms once and we pre-fill them for you to review and sign at orientation.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, sensitive information is encrypted at rest, and your data is kept only while your account is active. You can export or permanently delete it anytime from your Account page. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I upload a resume?
When you apply, you can paste or upload a resume (PDF or DOCX, up to 5MB) to help pre-fill your profile — it's optional. Your finished Applicant Passport can be downloaded as a PDF.
I applied — what happens next?
The hiring team reviews your application and passport and reaches out about next steps. If you're moved forward, you'll complete onboarding forms and any required credentials or training, all tracked in your account.
Is it free to use?
Yes — creating an account, building your Applicant Passport, and applying to roles are free.
